Returns & Exchanges – Etinko

At Etinko, every product is carefully crafted and thoroughly inspected before dispatch. As a boutique and design-led brand, we follow a structured return and exchange policy to ensure fairness and quality assurance.

1. Defective or Damaged Products

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear images or videos of the issue.

Once verified, we will arrange a return or exchange and issue a credit note accordingly.

Please note:
Returns will not be accepted on the basis of design preference, colour variation, or handcraft detailing, as these are intrinsic to handcrafted and designer products and are chosen at the time of purchase.

2. Terms of Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted on customised, altered, or made-to-order products.

  • All eligible items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags, labels, invoices, and packaging intact.

  • Any product showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be eligible for return or exchange.

  • The customer is responsible for the product until it reaches Etinko safely.

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service for returns.

Important:
Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer. Etinko is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit.

3. Credit Note Policy

  • All approved returns are processed only in the form of a credit note.

  • Credit notes exclude shipping, handling, and additional charges.

  • Credit notes are redeemable only for future purchases and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

  • Exchanges can be made using the issued credit note.

4. Order Modifications

If you wish to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will try to accommodate requests, orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot be modified.
