DELIVERY

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to transportation delays, customs clearance, logistics partner disruptions, or delays caused by payment verification or banking processes.

MULTIPLE DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDERS

To ensure efficient delivery across different regions, Etinko works with multiple logistics and courier partners.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation along with tracking details within 24 hours of dispatch, allowing you to monitor your shipment.

SHIPPING TIME FRAME

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–4 working days

  • Delivery timelines may vary for made-to-order or customised products, which will be communicated separately.

International Shipping (Outside India)

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–4 weeks

  • International orders may be subject to customs clearance timelines depending on the destination country.

Deliveries are generally attempted between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, unless otherwise arranged with the courier partner.

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Domestic Shipping (India):
    Standard shipping charges are applicable.
    Express shipping within India is available at an additional cost.

  • International Shipping:
    International shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order.
    The applicable shipping cost will be shared with the customer accordingly.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import charges, if applicable, are to be borne by the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
